Session Rate

• My current rate is $180 per 50-minute individual therapy session. I offer online therapy for college students and young adults across California, with a focus on providing flexible, consistent support during transitional life stages.

In- Network for Select Providers

• I am in Network with a select number of insurance companies at this time. I hope to take on more insurance panels within the first quarter of 2025. I use a platform called Headway to manage all clients wishing to use their insurance.

At this time, I offer online therapy only. This allows me to support college students and young adults throughout California, including those based in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, and other parts of the state. All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.a.

I do not currently work with couples or families. My practice is focused on individual therapy for college students, high schoolers, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, and life transitions..

While I strive to be responsive during business hours, I am not able to provide 24/7 or crisis care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also reach out to:

Scheduling appointments involves the reservation of the time I specifically carve for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancelation of any appointment.

If a session is canceled with less than a 48 hours prior, the full fee will be charged.
